Do Not Use the Product: We are unable to accept complaints for used products.

Report Immediately: Within 24 hours of receiving the order, please contact our support team through E-mail 1938142261@qq.com with detailed photos of the issue.

Prompt Assistance: Our dedicated team will thoroughly investigate the matter and respond swiftly. In most cases, we will send replacement parts for any broken or missing components in your order.

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can apply for a return and refund.

  • If the item has not been shipped yet, you can directly apply for a cancellation. We will cancel the order and refund within 24 hours.
  • If the item has already been shipped and received, and you are not satisfied with the product, you canapply for a return and refund. After returning the goods to our designated return warehouse, we will arrange for the refund within 24 hours of receiving and confirming the returned products at the warehouse.
